“To Be Seen: Portraits in Transparency”
A visibility ritual for women reclaiming space, voice, and softness in a world that often demands performance over presence.
"To Be Seen" – Visibility & Vulnerability Share
Description: A sacred witnessing session where each woman is invited to be seen—in her artistry, her essence, her womanhood. Participants will write a personal visibility statement and co-create soft, moments of each other with affirming presence and care.
Event Description:
This is a sacred creative witnessing circle designed for women who are ready to explore what it means to be truly seen—beyond aesthetics, beyond roles, beyond expectation. Together, we unpack the quiet stigmas around visibility, vulnerability, and self-expression. In a society that rewards performance and penalizes transparency, this is a space to reclaim softness as power, and truth-telling as artistry.
Each participant will engage in guided reflection and create a hand-embroidered t-shirt that names what she wants to be seen for. The t-shirt becomes both an artifact of personal transparency and a wearable declaration. Participants will then capture soft, intimate portraits of one another—styled, affirming, and slow—anchored in presence and truth.
Creative Activity:
Threaded Truths” – Hand-Embroidered Visibility Tees
